How much does delivery cost?
Direct orders with Hanström receive FREE standard delivery on all orders over £250.
There may be some additional changes for deliveries to Northern Scotland and the Scottish Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.
How long will my delivery take?
Our dedicated warehouse team strives to have your order shipped out within three business days from the time the order is placed. Additionally, if you’re in a rush, we offer Express Shipping which can be selected at the time of checkout for a quicker delivery.

We will guide you through the return process, providing our own returns label, so there’s no need for you to worry about postage. We’ll then advise on the next steps to resolve the situation.
