World Cup Prize Draw

Purchase any boiling water tap during the World Cup promotion period and you'll be automatically entered into our prize draw for the chance to win one of three prizes.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The promoter is Hanström.
  2. The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Hanström and their immediate families.
  3. The promotion runs from 11 June 2026 until 11:59pm on 19 July 2026.
  4. Customers who purchase a qualifying boiling water tap during the promotional period will receive one automatic entry into the prize draw.
  5. A free postal entry route is available. To enter without making a purchase, send your full name, address, email address and telephone number on a postcard to:

    Entries must be received by 19 July 2026.
  6. One entry per person via the free postal route. Multiple product purchases may receive multiple entries.
  7. The draw will take place on 20 July 2026.
  8. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  9. The prizes are:
    • 1st Prize: A full refund of the winner's qualifying order value.
    • 2nd Prize: Three replacement filters.
    • 3rd Prize: One replacement filter.
  10. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  11. Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw.
  12. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, Hanström reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  13. Hanström reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
  14. By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  15. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  16. Personal data will be processed solely for the administration of this promotion and in accordance with Hanström's privacy policy.
  17. The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  18. The winners may be invited to participate in publicity relating to the promotion. With the winner's consent, Hanström may publish the winner's first name, general location, photographs and comments about the prize for promotional purposes across its website, social media channels and marketing materials.
